About the flat - abundant natural light and ventilation, which is a god send for those London winter months. The studio is very spacious and well designed with a separation of spaces, with a modern kitchen and 3-piece washroom connected by a hallway.
Plenty of storage units and cupboards, but even better, this is a storage bed which is excellent to stow away winter clothes, ski/holiday clothes/equipment, luggage, books or any thing else you fancy.
Provided furnished, except for the writing desk and the ergonomic chair which belong to me - available for a nominal sum.
Having dealt with the London rental market for 5 years before finding my current flat, I can honestly say that the agency as well as the landlord are a stellar find. I don’t say this lightly.
Any issues are centrally managed through Fixflo where repairs are managed and fixed in a timely, professional manner.
The flat is perfect for Canary Wharf professionals, you can get to Canada Square in 10 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can get to Mile End tube station in 15 minutes by foot, or 5 minutes on D7 / D6 / 277, bus stops are right on the door step.
The area in itself is quiet and residential, so noise is down to a minimum. We have two schools and GP less than 10 minutes walking distance! We have a huge Lidl and Tesco on the doorstep too. There is also a legendary local pub that does great Sunday roasts, if that’s a non negotiable for you :)
