My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take the room in this beautiful spacious 2 bed/2 bath flat near Canary Wharf.
I'm looking for someone that's kind, tidy, (VERY) clean and considerate.
I work in finance and go to the office 2-3 times a week.
The flat:
- 2 double rooms with own bathrooms
- spacious open layout kitchen/dining room and living room (with a TV)
- balcony with great view of Canary Wharf and Millwall Dock
- fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, (+ washing machine/tumble dryer)
- The double room is spacious, with lots of storage
- Council Tax or other bills not included in the rent
Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me it must be a top priority for my future flatmate too.
