I am looking for someone to takeover my studio at Ark at Canary Wharf. I have two months left on my contract till 25.10.2024 for this lovely studio but I have already decided to relocate to be closer to my workplace. This cozy classic studio is situated on the 7th floor of the building and will be available as of 25.09.2024. Monthly rent is £1733 as per my current contract and all bills are included. There are also amenities like gym, sauna, swimming pools, playrooms. meeting rooms, public kitchen, laundry room and etc within the building, and it is just minutes walk to Coop, Tesco, and DLR stations..

Great for students or young professionals. My studio looks exactly the same as the pics provided in my ad. So, please kindly check out the pics for your reference.
