Description
Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate to take my room in a fully furnished flat, just a few minutes walking distance to Canary Wharf. The flat is modern and sunny, with great connections to central London by day and by night.
The flat is a 2-bedroom (1 x ensuite double room + 1 x double room) with a balcony.
Wooden flooring is installed throughout the common areas of the flat (carpet is in the bedrooms only).
You will find a spacious living/dining room, fibre optic internet, fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave and oven.
You will be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, Mark. He's a friendly guy who works in Finance in London Bridge. He works from home 2/3 days a week and is often away on his travels. He likes to hang out but is also respectful of privacy. I've shared with him for over 4 years and it always worked well, with a lot of laughs. As he lived abroad for a few years, he always has great stories and adventures to share.
The building - The flat is in a newly built property with CCTV and 24/7 concierge. The flat has also a car parking slot assigned in the internal garage.
Bedroom – Good size ensuite room with a large triple inbuilt wardrobe. £1225/month + deposit (bills excluded).
As you will replace me in the contract, the real estate agency will require you to provide references and will perform some background checks.
