Brand new massive Room Sublet

Hi everyone,
I have a brand new massive room (sublet) available from 24th of september to the 23rd of October. The location is in Canary Wharf. (10 min walk to the station) The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 receptions (living rooms). The plan is to convert one of the receptions on the first floor to a bedroom (which is where you would be staying and hence why I've attatched 2 pictures of 2 different rooms). PM me for a link to the property page to see all the other rooms - My roomates will make the switch and move everything around before you move in. The rent for the place is (£1000 pm + £150 deposit (returned once you vacate)+ bills). Since its a brand new room and I haven't moved in yet I'd want someone who is very clean and a working professional as well. You'd be sharing with 4 other lads all working (24-28).
