There is a beautiful shared working space overlooking london (final few pictures) and business lounge you can access included in the building that you can work, lounge or read in.
This flat is an absolute gem - great value for money, which is why I am subletting it and not permanently changing the contract.

Bills are £140pcm.
Deposit is 1 month of bills plus 2 months rent up front then monthly thereafter.
