Great for professionals working in canary wharf / bank / central - 15 mins walk to elizabeth line/ jubilee line and 5 mins to DLR.

Sharing with two guys 28 yo - both super nice and considerate. Both are friendly and welcoming - working and willing to chill on weekends from time to time. You would share a bathroom with one of them.

The room is large with plenty of storage and two large windows with plenty of light and a shared living room.

There is a beautiful shared working space overlooking london (final few pictures) and business lounge you can access included in the building that you can work, lounge or read in.

This flat is an absolute gem - great value for money, which is why I am subletting it and not permanently changing the contract.

Will be doing viewing over the next two weeks.

Bills are £140pcm.

Deposit is 1 month of bills plus 2 months rent up front then monthly thereafter.
