We are looking for a friendly person to rent a really lovely en suite room in a two-bedroom, safe, and clean apartment in a beautiful location right on the River Thames, a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Station. The double room for rent has a large bed, an inbuilt 4-door wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen equipment, including blenders, oil press, etc.
The view from the living room is very beautiful, straight on the River Thames, and the area is very calm and quiet. However, the building is currently undergoing renovation, so there might be some sound due to the work during the day.
The flat comes with free access to the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, which are located in the building. The building is guarded and staffed by a 24/7 concierge service.
The flat is located 1 km from the Canary Wharf tube station, which has excellent travel links on the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines (Heathrow Airport, Reading, is reachable on the Elizabeth line). There are also buses 1-minute walk from the flat.
There is a small park with a gym right next to the flat. The stunning Greenwich Park is also nearby and within walking distance.
The apartment, including the living room and kitchen, is shared with a friendly and quiet male in his 30s who works from home two days a week.
The flat is available from 27th September 2024 for 6 months (less is also possible) with the possibility of an extension.
The monthly rent is £1,300.
