My partner has finished his studying and moved out, so I am letting the en suite bedroom of my 2 bed/2 bath flat.

The apartment is located on the 16th floor, brightly lit with floor to ceiling windows, views of the river, a beautiful view of the sun rise and a balcony.

Close to public transport with South Quay stop 5 mins away, and Canary Wharf Station a 10 min walk from the building. Grocery stores such as Tesco are steps away along with shopping malls, and a myriad of restaurants. The flat is surrounded by local attractions, river walks, and public gardens.

A little about myself. I'm a queer fully self employed makeup artist, hair stylist and own an e-commerce business in which I make costume pieces on commission. I'm easy going but I'd like someone who works in the arts or is queer or an ally..

If you can let me know some things about yourself, your interests, what you do for work, your general income, etc. As for cost, all bills are included. Rent/bills split is generally around 1650. For couples £100 more.

Message me to arrange viewings, if you like the appartment I'd need a holding fee of £350 (one weeks rent) to avoid time wasters. Room is available 15th of August. Inquests closer to this date will be better for me.
