We love our beautiful flat, which has amazing river views in Canary Wharf. We're looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate or couple to join our close-knit household. Sadly our current flatmate is moving away and the room will be available from the start of November with some flexibility for the right candidate.

* The room: The large room contains a king sized bed and is fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, a chest of draws and bedside tables. The room has a private ensuite and access to a balcony shared with one other tenant.

* The flat: The flat is bright, open and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the open plan living room and kitchen, complete with a balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The flat is part of a safe and well-maintained apartment building with a concierge and an on-site free gym for residents. It's only a short walk to Canary Wharf and local DLR stations – not to mention great views and amenities nearby.

* About your new flatmates: We're both working professionals from Australia who have lived together for a year. We take great pride in our home and are looking for someone who shares our values of respect, cleanliness and general good vibes. We have active social lives, but enjoy spending time together as a flat doing pub quizzes, games nights, dinners and drinks.

Bills aren't included in the rent, and are typically £150-£200 per month (per person) – which includes Sky Stream, unlimited Sky Superfast broadband, gas and electricity, water, TV license and council tax.

Any rental of the flat will be subject to referencing by our agent, who will also manage the deposit process.
