2 Double Rooms in Canary Wharf

We’ve got 2 double rooms available in Canary Wharf from November 12th with the possibility of an earlier move-in. There are 5 bedrooms total. The house is a 10 min walk from Jubilee, 10 min walk to the DLR, and a 15 min walk to Elizabeth line.

Room A, located on the bottom floor, would be £975 (without bills) per month with a bathroom located on the bottom floor. Room B, located on the second floor, would be £950 (without bills) per month with a shared bathroom on the second floor. The bills are estimated to reach about £80-100 per month. A security deposit would be needed as well as an admin fee. Council Tax is band C Tower Hamlets council estimate total cost for year at £1,7010.62 (shared by all 5 housemates). This is a 12 month contract so not available for short let at the moment.

You’d be sharing a house with:
Elin - (she/her) 24, customer service executive at an interior design company, Swedish
Gabriella - (she/her) 23, hostess at a restaurant, Irish.
Felipe - (he/him) 30, junior tattoo artist, British.

We’re looking for someone around the same age range as us, friendly, respectful, and looking for a place to call home. We want someone who will be tidy and happy to help out with general chores around the house along with the occasional deep clean. We all have different schedules but have a debrief in the kitchen or living room when we can. We love going for dinner and/or drinks and try to get out of the house together at least once a month if possible.

Preferably no students, couples, and unfortunately not pet friendly.
£50 admin fee will be required.
