Single Room Canary Wharf

Hi everyone, I am posting my room in this amazing flat in Canary Wharf, E14 5SQ, 10 minutes walk from Elizabeth, Jubilee line and DLR.
In the flat there 3 other rooms, kitchen and bathroom to share with the other flatmates.
The room is available from 6th of November, since my contract end on the 6th of January the new tenant must remain for minimum two months but the contract can be prolonged for minimum other six months.
The following documents are necessary:
1- Identification (passport)

2- Job reference letter, payslips and bank statements (preferably 3 last months). His/her income must be 30 times the monthly price of the room.

3- 5 weeks deposit plus the first month rent (or 2 months' rent for students + Guarantor income must be 40 times the monthly price of the room).
