I searched high and low for the perfect room at a great price in London, and managed to get this gem for the amazing price of £1148.33 PCM, cleaner and bills included (council tax is covered, but if the heating bill exceeds a certain amount, you may need to add £50 during colder months). Now, something unexpected has come up and I have to move countries. I'm sad to let this gem go as I truly love it, but I need to find someone to take over my contract (until September 2026, with the opportunity for extension).
The flat is in South Quay, near Canary Wharf, E14.

The apartment:

- Washing machine
- Modern bathroom
- Shared kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher)
- The cleaner cleans the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom, but you're responsible for your own room
There are many flatmates who change often; there are 5 rooms in total. Four people share this bathroom, while one has their own, but you can also use the bathrooms in the spa to shower etc if there's a queue. The room is small, around 10 square meters, and there’s no private living room in the flat – you have to use the communal Winter Gardens as living space. Since there are so many areas to move on in the building I'd say this is fine. You need to book the office space and cinema in advance. The cinema is often booked up on Friday/Saturday nights, so you’ll need to book 1-2 months ahead for a weekend, but it’s usually available on weekday evenings. You can book the office space for 2 hours at a time, twice a week, but you can usually stay longer. If someone else shows up, you can ask to stay or move to the library.
Agency requires a high-income UK-based guarantor.
Moving in date would be in January, specific date depends on a few factors, we can work this out together.
It doesn't cost extra to use the amenities (gym, etc.), they’re all included in the price, but the agency requires a £250 admin fee to transfer the contract. The deposit is £1325.
I can give viewings in person and over face time, now and in January, but with a break for Christmas and New years.
