We’re a small, friendly household — everyone has their own routines and busy lives, but there’s a natural warmth here. Think occasional chats in the kitchen, a cup of tea after a long day, or the odd shared laugh when paths cross.

The room is fully set up so you can settle in straight away: double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, large TV, your own fridge/freezer, plus tea & coffee facilities. Fast Wi-Fi included. The large bathroom is right next door and shared with just one other person.

The kitchen-diner has everything you need, and a cleaner comes every two weeks — so the space stays calm and looked after without effort.

Outside, it’s surprisingly peaceful — a quiet canal with wildlife, and the Thames only 100 metres away. It’s the kind of place where you can step out for a walk or jog and clear your head.
