There is a fully equipped kitchen and a nice green garden as communal areas.

The room available is as follows:

Room 3: Double bed + a big wardrobe. You'll be sharing the bathroom with only 2 other persons since 2 of the rooms in the house are ensuite. The price of this room is £950 pcm

There is a £200 utilities contribution at the start of the tenancy - it's a one-time only payment that contributes to 12 months of your bills, Other than that it's just the room's pcm + 1 months deposit (that you get back at the end of the tenancy).
