Cozy double room in popular Canary Wharf

Hi, I'm Toby. It's nice to meet all of you. I'm moving out of my room in this friendly houseshare and into a room with friends.

About the room:
The cozy double room will have a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, and walk-in wardrobe. I'd be willing to sell some of my belongings in the room if they'd fit the new tenant well. The room has beautiful views over Poplar and catches lovely sunlight in the afternoon/evening!

The flat:
The flat comes with two bathrooms, a generously sized kitchen, a separate living room, and a balcony which we like to use in the summer. Both flatmates are lovely and always up for a chat when we see each other, but they equally appreciate the importance of privacy and alone time, and won't always be in your space - providing the perfect balance.
