🏠 Tenancy Takeover Canary Wharf Available: 11th November 2025 (or earlier if required)

- A huge double room, with loads of sunlight and massive storage space. The room is big and comfortable enough to work from with plug sockets in convenient locations.
2) Living room
- The living room is the biggest you'll find in London. The desk is no longer in the room. Living room has top to down windows and a massive balcony. Views are immaculate as you can see in photos.
3) Area
- The flat is right on Mill Wall Quay.
- There are local restaurants, groceries (Tesco and ASDA), and pubs around so not short of entertainment.
- Millwall park is also a 10 min walk.
4) Proximity to stations
- 7min walk to mudchute DLR
- 5 mins bus ride to Canary wharf station, both jubilee and Elizabeth (bus stop is right below the flat and 3 busses go the station - all night busses). For instance, I work in Moorgate and can reach my work in 35 mins door to door.
- You can even walk 10 mins to Canary wharf underground station.
- Easy access to Shoreditch, Mile end, Old street, Dalston with direct busses.
5) Flatmate
- You will be sharing the flat with Andrew a 24 year old Irish male who currently works in Canary Wharf. He's typically out of the house 4 days a week and is super chilled and keeps the place clean.
6) Kitchen and bathroom
- Fully equipped and immaculate condition and kept very clean as you can see in the pictures.
7) Pricing
- Rent is £1135 per month excluding bills. Bills comes to approx 120 a month per person.
8) Tenancy
- We have a tenancy agreement till December 2026 so protected from any absurd rising rent costs. The landlord has agreed to cap the rental increase not greater than 5% annually. There is no lock in. Can leave the flat anytime subject to finding a replacement. Tenancy is handled by Dexters.
