Double room in shared 2-bed flat in Canary Wharf

I am looking for a flatmate to share a tenancy in the flat I am currently living in, in New Providence Wharf which overlooks the river and the O2.

The room is a double with a full sized bathroom and a balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.

I'm a 30 year old professional, interested in arts and fitness, am very neat and tidy and looking for someone similar to share the apartment with.

The total monthly rent for the 2bed flat is £2,100 which I am looking to split in half, therefore your monthly rent cost would be £1,050. The flat is available from
April 13th.

Council tax is currently £85.5 monthly per person.
