Double Room near Canary Wharf (w/ living room)

Hi. Welcome to our home!

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house has two floors and a ground floor with the garage, kitchen and a garden. The kitchen has all the basics plus a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. The Garden is paved with some plants and has a BBQ, a table, and two sun beds (very useful in UK..).

On the first floor, we have the living room, your room, and a shared bathroom (only will be shared with one other person). The living room has views of the Canary Wharf towers, two new sofas, and a flatscreen TV (plus some videogames owned by one of us). Also, we have a spare mattress here to be used by our friends and family who may come to visit us for a few days.
The bathroom is a basic setup; toilet, sink, bathtub (with a curtain).

ABOUT THE ROOM
Standard double room, with two windows, a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of space, a desk, bed, mattress and bedside table. If wish to bring your own furniture, you can store the ones that come with the room in the garage.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
The house is situated in a residential area next to the docs, 2 minutes from the river Thames, 7 minutes walk to Mudchute station and Mudchute Park & farm, 10 minutes to ASDA, and about 15-20 minutes walk to Canary Wharf. The bus station is just a street down the road. Very quiet area as it's not on the main road.

ABOUT THE BILLS
Apart from your monthly rent to our landlord, you will be liable to pay 1/3rd of the total bills: electricity, water, gas, council tax, cable, broadband, TV licence. Comes out to around £140 each/month.

ABOUT US
We are two professionals (Hungarian 31 and Egyptian 36), looking for a third individual to share our lovely home with. One of us works from home, and one of us is hybrid. We are gay, extremely clean and very respectful of each other.

We cook once a day only and keep everything clean as we go. We like to keep common areas tidy and clutter-free at all times and we take turns with the weekly cleaning. We are easygoing and friendly, and we tend to hang out together, have dinner and watch TV or something in the living room in the evenings.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a gay-friendly individual, who's friendly, respectful, clean, and a non-smoker. You will be expected to clean every third weekend, with a monthly deep cleaning duty too. Nothing else really, you do you, we just want to gel well with you and create a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment.
