Hi everyone!
My flatmate is moving at the end of July to move closer to work and we’re looking for someone to takeover on the lease in our flat. Its a super spacious 2b2b in Canary Wharf, under 10 mins from the Elizabeth and Jubilee lines

The room and flat
- The room is spacious with a large wardrobe and double bed. Also more than enough space for a desk if you want one
- The bathroom is right outside the room, and given that its a 2b2b you’d effectively have your own bathroom
- The flat is so spacious, has a separate living room with tonnes of natural light, a dining table and a large balcony ideal for summer.

Transport and the area
- <10 mins from Elizabeth and Jubilee lines, 5 mins from Blackwall DLR. Its <30 mins into central London so its a super convenient commute!
- Multiple bus stops right outside the flat
- 5 min walk into the main Canary Wharf area where there’s loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars
- Super safe area - there’s concierge and security right outside the flat as well!

About me and you!

I’m 22, originally from Mumbai, but have been in the UK since 2021. I work in finance in the City, and graduated from the University of Cambridge last summer. I pretty tidy and love going out to a pilates class or brunch! I’m looking for someone around a similar age (early 20s) who is clean and organised!
The flat is 1200 per month + bills and is available end of July for a 12 month lease.
