En-suite room in the apartment near Canary Wharf

Hello, I am the current flatmate and I have been living in the apartment for almost 6 years.

My flatmate is about to move out to live with her boyfriend and I am looking for the replacement for the tenancy agreement with our agency. Looking for someone to stay at least 1 year and longer!

The apartment is just opposite Langdon Park DLR station and 15mins walk to Canary Wharf.

It is a 2 bed modern apartment, each of us have their own bathroom, shared living room with kitchen and the balcony with Canary Wharf view.

Looking for the professionals preferred , no couples, no students! You would need to go through the referencing process to be approved from the agency and move in to the property. There are also salary requirements to be met at least minimum of £35k per year.

I am looking for someone social but also doing their own things, being respectful and quiet in the flat, not a party person. Mainly a clean person to keep the shared areas always clean and maintained!! I am working pretty busy hours and mostly late evenings, so I need some quiet time at home.

I Like to socialise, go out , spend time with my friends, travel etc. Although, on my days off I wish to have peace and quiet, so not looking for any party people, but respectful, tidy and quiet.

The rent doesn’t include the bills, wifi and council tax, which would be around £200 a month per person
