Very convenient modern en-suite room suitable for a Canary Wharf professional who lives outside of London and has a hybrid work pattern (1-2 days a week in the office with overnight stay) and wants the space and amenities an apartment has to offer as opposed to hotel without compromising on quality.

1 night (or 2 days in the office) - £600/month
2 nights (or 3 days in the office) - £800/month

NO MORE THAN 2 NIGHTS STAY!! STUDENTS DON'T MESSAGE ME. THIS ISN"T SUITABLE FOR REMOTE WORK.

The flat is located less than 10 min walk to offices. Closest station is South Quay DLR (2 min) and Canary Wharf (10min). There is a concierge for deliveries and optional parking space. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The Room:
- Double light and airy room
- En-suite bathroom with White Company luxury towels, rugs, toiletries and gels
- Memory foam mattress

- Soft and firm pillows
- Table and ergonomic work chair
- Wardrobe space

Additional amenities:

- Access to washing machine with choice of detergents (inc non toxic ones)
- Coffee machine that does lattes, cappuccinos and many more types of coffee inc decaf
- Selection of breakfast cereals inc protein/whey
- Tv with streaming services

I work from home so the flat isn’t suitable for a lodger with remote work or meetings only type of working set up. This is not a full Mon-Fri use, just want to make that clear but rather just an occasional visit and overnight stay type of arrangement for someone that values having access to a nice modern flat. Please note that there’s also a toddler that’s staying here, but the schedule is determined so sleep time is 9pm to 6.30am and there’s no crying or craziness going on. Given that the ideal lodger would be a quiet and mature professional, I am more included to hear from women as I think as a woman you would appreciate what the flat has to offer more, but that said if you are a hands off guy that is in the office morning till night I am not opposed to that at all. Just don’t be super woke that’s my only requirement, so ideally someone grounded who is in finance ie NOT creative individuals.
