We’ve got a lovely double room available in our modern 3-bedroom apartment, part of a brand-new development. The flat is super well connected, with quick links to Canary Wharf, Mile End, Bank, Liverpool Street, and Shoreditch. The room comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed and wardrobe.

You’ll be sharing with two young professional women (an architect and an ophthalmologist) who are friendly, tidy, and easygoing. The vibe at home is relaxed and welcoming. The building itself is modern and well looked after, with great perks like a concierge, a residents’ gym, and secure access.

We’re looking for someone (girl or guy, professional) who wants more than just a place to crash. Ideally, you’d like to be part of the home vibe—sharing the occasional dinner, pitching in with cleaning, and keeping the flat a nice place for everyone. Basically, not a hotel but a proper home.
