• Cleaning rota (trash, mopping, bathroom, kitchen, no dirty dishes left >2 days, no washing machine after midnight, wipe stovetop after use).
• No parties at home.
• Bringing partners home is fine but max 6 nights/month, Long-term stays require agreement and fair bill split.
