Spacious Room in Sirocco Tower, Canary Wharf – Short Let (2.5 Months)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 3-bed flat in Sirocco Tower, Canary Wharf. The room will be available for a 2.5 month short let, from late September to early December (lease ends on the 2nd).

As background, it’s a lovely flat with great housemates which I’ll miss, but moving out to live with my partner. There’s some time remaining on the lease, with the intention being that my remaining flat mates will likely not renew, though that is to be finalised.

My flatmates, Shantanu (M) and Surabi (F) are both professionals working in central and Canary Wharf respectively, and are both friendly, considerate friends to live with.

About the Flat:
Located in Sirocco Tower, right by Canary Wharf. Bright and modern interiors, open-plan kitchen/living area, with great views of Canary Wharf/central London and a balcony. The building has a 24 hour concierge, parcel room, and gym that is free to access for residents, alongside a few other amenities you can rent, i. e. cinema room, massage room, etc.

The Room:
Fully furnished with a bed, two large built in wardrobes offering plenty of storage, two bedside tables and lamps.
There’s further shared storage in the communal area which is good for suitcases/larger items.

Location:
2 minutes walk to South Quay DLR station, 5 minutes walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee line, and 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf Elizabeth line.

Close to shops, restaurants, gyms, etc - Canary Wharf shopping centre has most things you will ever need.

Ideal Tenant:
A young professional looking for a short-term stay in a central, well-connected location.
