Hello, we need a flatmate to join our Flat immediately in Canary Wharf. The original Move in was meant to be Today 5th September but due to complications, we now need someone to move in as soon as possible..
About the Rooms:
Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): £1,750 pcm
Bedroom 2 (Smaller Bedroom): £1,550 pcm
6 months' rent upfront required.
Room 1 has a built in wardrobe, more space and privacy but is more expensive, Room 2 does not come with the wardrobe and is less private, but cheaper.
How it works:
One of us (Ben or Vinny) will be moving out, and the new flatmate can choose which room they prefer: either the larger Bedroom 1 or the smaller Bedroom 2 (Labelled study on the floor Plan).
Based on your choice, either Ben or Vinnie will leave the flat, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

Vinny: Friendly, easygoing, and looking for a flatmate to share the space with. Grew up in Manchester, and is studying Economics. Loves to Hike, Cars, sports and is dedicated and a hard worker
What We’re Looking For:
A responsible and friendly flatmate who can move in immediately.
You should be comfortable with a 6-month upfront rent commitment.
Ideal for someone who enjoys a calm, tidy environment.
