En suite room in Canary Wharf (Gym, Swimming PooL)

Hello Everybody,

I'm leaving my flat on the 1st of November to live with my girlfriend. I'm looking for someone to replace me in a 3-bedroom flat at the last level of a building in Canary Wharf.

The Room is spacious, with its own shower, toilet. The room is equipped with its own AC and heater.

The Building is well connected. 2 mins of walk from South Quay DLR, Tesco, Pret and other shops. ASDA is 10 mins of walk from the flat. 15 mins of walking, you have the Elizabeth Line and Jubilee.

The Building has its own gym, swimming pool, cinema, gaming room (pool and ping pong) and rooftop. There are also several indoor shared spaces in the building where you can work, host a party or just read your book.

The rent doesn't include the bills. On an average basis, the bills are :
-45£ Wifi (to share for 3ppl)
-around 50£ electricity (to share for 3ppl)
-Council tax

The water is paid by the landlord.
