Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

My current flatmate (who’s also lived here for 2+ years) is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room for the upcoming tenancy renewal. This is a joint tenancy agreement signed directly with the landlord — no sublets allowed.

• Tenancy: 28 Oct 2025 – 29 Oct 2026 (fixed term)
• Rent: £2,088 per person/month (paid directly to landlord)
• Bills: ~£150 utilities + £120 council tax (both per person/month)
• Deposit: Typically is one month rent, however it can be £500 if you can enroll to a Zero deposit scheme (I’ve enrolled for this apartment)

Work as a consultant, usually in office 4 days a week. Fond of travelling, pilates/gym workouts. Clean, friendly and easy going. Looking for someone similar to share the flat with:
