Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Newfoundland Place - a built to rent full service building.
My current flatmate (who’s also lived here for 2+ years) is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room for the upcoming tenancy renewal. This is a joint tenancy agreement signed directly with the landlord.

• Deposit: Typically is one month rent, however should be able to do £250 only, as I’m enrolled to Zero deposit scheme and you should be able enrol into the same with me
