I am looking for someone to replace me in a joint tenancy. It’s for a room with a private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in Canary Wharf. Looking for them to start anytime between 24-28 September and to sign a new contract for 1 year (with a 6-month break clause). This room is for single occupancy and male, professional preferred. The room also comes with a desk and chair apart from everything shown in the pictures

The building has a concierge, well-equipped gym and a large private garden, and the flat has a living room with a magnificent riverside view of the Thames. It is 2 mins from a Tesco and multiple local supermarkets, 5-6 mins from Heron quays DLR and 8-10 mins from Canary Wharf tube station. The rent is 950 pounds excluding bills currently, but may go up to 1000 pounds on contract renewal according to the agency. Your flatmate will be an Indian professional male who works in Canary Wharf and prefers someone who would keep the place clean and chill.
