Because of that, the room will be available for sublet during October and then for long-term rent starting in November. It doesn’t have to be the same person for both periods, so if you only need a short stay or you’re looking for something more permanent, both options are possible 🏡✨

The house is really cosy and well cared for — it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright kitchen and living room, and a cute little garden perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings 🌿

You’ll be living with three lovely professional girls aged 23–29 — clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Everyone has their own routine, but we also enjoy chatting, cooking together, or sharing a glass of wine sometimes. The house feels peaceful and friendly — we’d love someone who keeps that same vibe 💕

We’re looking for another professional female (no students – landlord’s rule) who’s tidy, considerate, and sociable, and who wants to make this their home rather than just a place to stay ✨
