En-suite available in Canary Wharf area

My flatmate is moving out so looking to find a lovely, very clean and disciplined flatmate to take over the room.

Double room- en-suite available from the 1st of December.

Transport: excellent connection to CW or central.
East India station is 1 minute away.
Canary Wharf is 18 min walk, or 2 stations away.
Bus station is 1 minute away.

The building has a small gym area + concierge

Requirements: very tidy individual, looking after the place, being respectful and not disturbing at night time. I work 6 days a week so do appreciate a quiet and peaceful environment where we’re both considerate towards each other

Ideal for a professional looking to move to a quiet and well-linked area.

Pets: i’d have to ask landlord beforehand but if you ask me -YES ☺️
