Looking for a flat mate in Canning Town

Hi everyone, I have one double room available in my flat, as sadly I am moving out. The other flatmate is female in her 30s and we have two lovely cats. The flat is situated on the 12th floor, and faces the O2 arena which can be seen from the living room. With the room, you have at your disposal the main bathroom of the flat which is the biggest of the two and it comes with a tub, as the other bedroom has the ensuite so you won't be sharing your bathroom.
All bills are included in the monthly rent, as well as the use of all the amenities such as outdoor & indoor swimming pool, 3 gyms, spa with sauna hot tub and steam room, cinema and rooftop tennis court.
There is a private post room that collects all parcels and deliveries 7 days a week and 24/7 concierge service at the entrance of our building.
Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of November, possibly female, non smoker.
