I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely room from sometime between 15 Dec to 1st Jan. :)

Main features of the room:
- Large, furnished double room
- Two huge windows, so plenty of natural light + great views of canary wharf!
- Cupboard, chest of drawers, bed (and mattress), long bed-side table included
- The mirror and table chair are mine, but I'm happy to part with it at nominal price
- Perfectly suited for work from home
- Large shared bathroom (shared with one person) with a bathtub and plenty of sunlight

About the flat:
- 1st floor flat, with cosy living space. We don't have a traditional living room but there's a large lobby, dining space and a spacious kitchen.
- New washing machine (+ dryer) and dishwasher.
- Kitchen fully equipped with pans, cutlery and Air Fryer.
- Strong WiFi connection throughout the flat.
- Well stocked with cleaning supplies inc. vacuum machine.

About the flatmates:
- One is from New Zealand who works in construction and the other one is a university of greenwich student.
- Super clean and quiet.
- Sociable, yet respectful of personal space.
- We occasionally cook for each other and share a bottle of wine, but you're welcome to set the tone you prefer!

About the neighbourhood:
- 8mins walk to Crossharbour DLR station, 20min walk to Canary Wharf station (Elizabeth, Jubilee line)
- Bus stop right opposite the flat, Santander cycle stand 2mins walk away.
- There's also space in the building to safely park your cycle.
- Quiet, residential area. The building is right next to a primary school.
- Tesco, NISA, Asda all within a 5min walk.
- Thames riverfront is 2min away and Greenwich Market is a 20min walk.

I've lived in this flat for more than two years now, and only leaving as I have an opportunity to move in with friends, close to work. I have had the best memories living here - and would love the same for whoever moves in!

The agent is very easy to deal with, and responsive to maintenance requests.
