An amazing double bedroom with massive ensuite available from beginning of December 2025. The room also has balcony access and it is on the 17th floor so you have amazing views of the city! I personally love sunrises and sunsets so it has worked well for me!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I have decided to move back home to the North East.

The building is located within a 10 minute walk of Canary Wharf, or if you use the DLR South Quay station is a two minute walk away.

The flat allows you free access to a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. As well as a fully functioning gym. These facilities are located within the basement so you do not even have to leave the building!
There are many other amazing features - there is a 24/7 concierge service, a library, a business centre where you can go to work, a cinema room that you can book out if you want somewhere to entertain your friends or family, winter gardens, a soft play area, and large communal space where again you can entertain. There is a pool table and table tennis available at no extra cost!
