• Bathroom shared with one other female flatmate
Location:
• 15-min walk to Canary Wharf station
• 7-min walk to Westferry DLR
• Big Lidl + Tesco Express within 5 mins
• Safe, quiet neighbourhood with great connections
The Flat:
• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer
• Secure entry system, intercom, lift in building
• Massive balcony accessible from all rooms
• Clean, well-maintained, warm atmosphere
Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two lovely housemates in their 20s. They are busy with their own schedule but also appreciate evenings in together over dinner and chats. They take a very good care of the home, value cleanliness, and are respectful of personal space.
Tenancy Requirements:
• The agency requires incoming tenants to pass standard referencing checks.
• Annual income of at least £30,000 is needed for affordability checks.
• If this requirement isn’t met, UK-based guarantor or 6 months’ rent upfront is needed as an alternative.
