Looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home in London? We have a bright double bedroom in a modern flat with your own private bathroom and a private balcony boasting beautiful views of the London skyline.

The lease is up in January 2026 and one of the rooms will be vacant for someone to take :) One of the current tenants is planning to remain and is looking to fill the flat with two professionals, I am planning to take one room - so in the flat it will be myself and another male working professional - we are looking for a final 3rd tenant to join us in January.

We both would love to ensure the house feels like a home - we want a warm clean house to live in - we're both quite relaxed about WFH (there is a set up available to use in the living room), no dietary requirements but happy to accommodate within reason. We both have friends who might visit and stay for a night or two and have a few parties/gatherings across the year such as birthdays or hosting NYE. The flat comes with a balcony that wraps around the whole flat, but comes with divides for each bedroom so you get your own private balcony as shared one - we both would love to do something with the space.

Male - 32, professional, works in the City, occasional smoker, enjoys what London has to offer, and is clean. (current tenant)

Female - 29, marketing girly, working 5-days in the office, loves pilates, a home cooked meal and exploring the city with friends (also clean) I have a boyfriend who might come stay a night or two a week and vice versa.

You: Working professional, clean, respectful, social, and open to the occasional activity / wine / movie / games night :)
