I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I have decided to move back home to the North East. The tenancy has to be taken over as it stands - no negotiations.

The building is located within a 10 minute walk of Canary Wharf, or if you use the DLR South Quay station is a two minute walk away.

The flat allows you free access to a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. As well as a fully functioning gym. These facilities are located within the basement so you do not even have to leave the building!

There are many other amazing features - a 24/7 concierge service, a library, a business centre where you can go to work, a cinema room that you can book out if you want somewhere to entertain your friends or family, winter gardens, a soft play area, and large communal space where again you can entertain.
