Hi there,
Lidia and I (Reka) are looking for a new housemate to move into our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Canary Wharf penthouse (1200£ per month). Our friend is leaving her onsuite room on the 9th of February 2026 and we are hoping for someone outgoing and friendly to replace her on the contract.
The ideal person would be a young professional woman aged 22-27.
Lidia (24) and I (23) are both Senior B2B Conference Producers working in central London. Lidia organizes events in new energies and I in preventive health. We love the occasional pub quiz, we both dance and enjoy a proper eastern european night out but equally we love staying in, binging a show, reading or cooking together. Ou and we are super clean.

120£ bills during winter (everything included)
80£ council tax

Whay you may find annoying:
- The one small catch is they will put scaffolding up to renovate the outside of the building from Jan onwards so we won’t be able to use the terrace and balcony for a while. This is why this 5000£+ penthouse is rented out at our price :). The renovations shouldn’t be too disruptive and will only happen outside but in case it does get too much we have alternative solutions offered by the landlord. Won’t go intk details here but can talk about it when we meet.
