En-Suite Room in Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf

Hello!

I am looking to find a roommate for my current flat in Pan Peninsula as my current flatmate is sadly leaving after two years to another flat with his partner. The rent is £1500 per month. The flat has recently been painted and we have a weekly cleaner, so it is immaculate. It has amazing views overlooking Canary Wharf. The room to rent is the larger room of the flat with an en-suite. The room is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe storage and a large double bed.

I am a young professional working in Tech Sales in the City. I work 5 days in the office, but open to people working from home. My interests are fitness, reading and cooking. I am friendly and relaxed and love to socialise but value a quiet flat during the week.

The building Amenities include a Pool, Sauna, Gym, 24 hrs Concierge, Cinema, Business lounge and Honesty Shop.

Please note - The move in date would be late January to Early February.
