I am looking for a person to take over my room in a beautiful 2 bed 2 bathroom flat, near Canary Wharf, ideally someone early/mid-20s.
The apartment is well located at 5 min walk from the East India DLR station and at 10 minutes by bus or bike from Canada Square. The bedroom is furnished with plenty of storage space and a full-height window which makes it very bright. The apartment also has a spacious open space living room with a balcony and a nice view on the city and Canary.
The complex comes with gym and concierge.
Rent is £1375 a month (bills not included but roughly £100) and deposit is also £1585.
Ideally looking for someone to move from around the 20th of January, February at the latest.
