Double bedroom for discounted rent (£563!)

Light spacious double bedroom in east London - rent is currently discounted by 25% to £563 per month so crazy cheap for what it is.

Looking for someone to take over my remaining tenancy 19 December - 6 March (1.5 months). There will then be the chance to renew at this point if you want, so suitable for either short or long term.

The discount is because there’s currently a leak in one of the other bedrooms from the flat above. This doesn’t affect the rest of the flat, and the discount will last until it’s resolved which could potentially be months. The normal rent is £750 per month, and bills avg around £100-110 per month.

We’re a 2 minute walk from Westferry DLR station (less than 30 mins to the City), and a 10-15 minute walk to Canary Wharf, so access to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.

There 3 other flatmates all in our mid 20s, 1 female and 2 male. Any gender and age welcome. Everyone is chatty and social but definitely not a party flat and respect each other’s privacy. All are lovely and love a night in the pub - Jack is also a chef so if you’re nice he might whip something up. Only if you’re nice though.
