I’m moving out of my lovely flat and looking for someone great to take over my room. I’m only moving a short distance away to live with my girlfriend, so I’ll still be around, but I’m genuinely sad to be leaving this place.

Bills split down middle around £100 a month.

You’ll be living with Joel, who works in the Civil Service. I’ve lived with him for two years and honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s friendly, respectful and easy to live with.

We also have a large and welcoming friendship group, so if you’re new to London this is a great way to quickly make friends.
