Large Double Room near Canary Wharf

I'm looking for someone to take over my room around 1st of February! :)

Main features of the room:
- Large, furnished double room
- Two huge windows, so plenty of natural light + great views of canary wharf!
- Cupboard, chest of drawers, bed (and mattress), long bed-side table included - if needed I can give a brand new duvet
- The table and chair are mine, but I'm happy to part with it at nominal price
- Perfectly suited for work from home
- Large shared bathroom (shared with one person) with a bathtub and plenty of sunlight

About the flat:
- 1st floor flat, with cosy living space. We don't have a traditional living room but there's a large lobby, dining space and a spacious kitchen.
- New washing machine (+ dryer) and dishwasher.
- Kitchen fully equipped with pans, cutlery, microwave, rice cooker and Air Fryer.
- Strong WiFi connection throughout the flat.
- Well stocked with cleaning supplies inc. vacuum machine.

About the flatmates:
- 2 males in their midtwenties.
- Super clean and quiet.
- Sociable, yet respectful of personal space.

About the neighbourhood:
- 8mins walk to Crossharbour DLR station, 20min walk to Canary Wharf station (Elizabeth, Jubilee line)
- Bus stop right opposite the flat, Santander cycle stand 2mins walk away.
- There's also space in the building to safely park your cycle.
- Quiet, residential area. The building is right next to a primary school.
- Tesco, NISA, Asda all within a 5min walk.
- Thames riverfront is 2min away and Greenwich Market is a 20min walk.

Depending on the season, bills are around 100-150£ each month (council tax + electricity + water + wifi)

The room and the whole flat are very cosy, I’m just leaving to get closer to work.

The agent is very easy to deal with, super nice and responsive to maintenance requests.
