Looking for a clean and friendly flatmate

Hello :)

We are looking for a clean and friendly woman to replace me because I am moving out of the UK.

The room is really cosy and came furnished with a bed, a big wardrobe, a dresser and a bedside table. I brought a mirror and a small glass table from a vintage store and a shelf from Ikea. Because I can't take them back to Germany with me, I will leave them and we can discuss for how much you can take them (don't worry I won't ask for too much). There are no buildings directly in front of the window, so nobody can really look inside which I think is nice.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one of my flatmates, Jash. The bathroom is quite modern and has everything it needs. Our other flatmate, Kirsten, has an ensuite bathroom, so it will be just you and Jash sharing.

Now to my wonderful flatmates. Jash, 30, is from Australia and moved to the UK about a year ago. She loves eating, cooking (is keen on inspiration from others), reading and has recommended me some really good books.
Kirsten, 24, is from Scotland and has lived in London for a few years now. She also likes eating and goes inline skating sometimes.
Both work full-time and a mix from working from home and from the office. Both were lovely and very easy to live with.

We have a shared living room and you are welcome to bring some furniture if you have some. The kitchen has a dish washer (so grateful for that), washing machine, oven, microwave and we have a rice cooker among some other smaller appliances.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk away from Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and the DLR. A bus stop is just outside the building. It's located right at the water which is beautiful to look at, especially when the sun is shining.

The room is £1050 without bills. Bills end up being around £150 depending on the season. The deposit is £1230.50.
