Siva and I are two friendly, easygoing professionals (aged 25 but open to any age) looking for a third flatmate to complete our new place in Isle of Dogs / Canary Wharf. Unfortunately our previous flatmate had to pull out last minute, so we’re moving quickly to secure the flat with an additional individual
The room is available immediately and rent would be £1,125pcm (reduced as I’ll be taking the en-suite). Landlord has us as first choice and can accept the offer by Monday. The apartment itself has a pool, sauna and lounge as well as is local to the Elizabeth line and DLR stations for the morning commute. Ideal location for something working in the City like both of us.
Given the urgency, we’re happy to do a quick video call / chat today if useful.
About us: we’re sociable but respectful, keep the place tidy, and enjoy the usual mix of gym, work, seeing friends, and chilled evenings. We’re looking for someone similar — easy to live with and up for a friendly home rather than just a room.
