I am looking for an independent and stable roommate for an apartment in Canary Wharf. The apartment is bright, modern, close to transport (Canary Wharf Jubilee line, Elizabeth line, DLR) Rent: £960 including bills. (+£700 deposit) Move-in: Mid March/end March. Apartment: 2 bed (i. e. 3 bedrooms including living room/balcony. I am looking for someone with a fixed and stable everyday life – preferably full-time work (who is often out, traveling or has an active life outside the home). It is important to me that: • The home is quiet (I work from home weekdays between 8-17) • Privacy and personal space are respected • Common areas are kept neat and tidy Your room is unfurnished.
