My lovely flatmate is moving out, and I am looking for someone to take over her room.
It’s a lovely flat that truly feels like a home, so it’s very important to find the right match. I hope the new person moving in will feel comfortable and able to come back to a peaceful home in the busy city of London.

For religious reasons, I would prefer no alcohol or pork in the house, and no overnight male guests. However, I am open to discussing this and can try to be flexible, especially if you are not Muslim.

The most important thing is to find someone who is clean, open-minded, and sociable (someone who enjoys sharing a cup of tea and watching a good movie from time to time.)

All bills are coming up to £230 per month MAX (wifi hyper optic; electricity; council tax; water; heater)
