Lovely cozy room in South Quay, Private bath

I am looking for Female flatmate who want to stay at the double room in South Quay.

Duration for staying is until 16th April.
Ideal move in date is 19th March but it can be negotiated.
It is not full one month - so it would be great for you to discuss with the current flatmate for the rent.

The location of the flat is amazing 5-10 min walking distance from the staion.
There are two asian market, Tesco, Coop nearby.

For the room, it is furnished, double bed. It is very cozy and I highly recommend this flat. And also you can use your own bathroom, which is great. Neighbourhood is safety and calm.
The view is amazing in the flat!

Ideal person would be tidy, clean and respectful person! Current flat mate is working professional - she is tidy, kind and respectful too.

Room rent price is 1450 pm
Bills 200 pm (including council tax etc)
