Bright Room at Modern East London Flat | Zone 2

I'm letting out my room in my 2-bed flat because I have to move abroad. You’ll be sharing with just one other person (my younger brother). He is a professional who keeps the flat clean and tidy. He is looking for a like-minded individual who is respectful of the shared spaces but also happy to have a chat over a coffee now and then.

The apartment is based in a gated community, with a park and various amenities. There is a gym 5 min away and various restaurants at your doorstep near Canary Wharf.

Since I lived in this apartment myself, I furnished and decorated it with a lot of care. It has all the latest equipment, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and washing machine.

It is very important to me that the flat is kept in a good condition and so I'm looking for professionals who are clean, tidy and organised.

Price can be slightly negotiated. I would encourage a viewing as the flat is a really good place to live with a great flatmate!
