Can bring your own bed/mattress if you like, max double bed 120cm wide. Loads of storage space as there is access to a big loft, loads of free parking space on private street, Asda superstore is 10 min walking.
The flat will be shared only with me, I'm renting as well.

Looking for a sociable, clean and respectful person, no smoking in the flat. Needs to have right to rent and proof that can pay the rent.

Available from 29th April or a bit earlier if needed.
£1150 plus 1 month deposit.
