I’m the owner and live-out landlord of this lovely flat (Band B).

I take pride in keeping it welcoming and well-maintained.

I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy living here and be respectful of the space and the other housemate.

Location: Very close to Mile End Park, a short walk away from Langdon Park and Mile End stations and a range of bus connections.

The Flat: Two bright rooms, good storage throughout and with shared living/dining space, kitchen and bathroom.

The Room: Large double room for single occupancy.

About You: A young professional who doesn’t work from home.

Rent: Includes all bills except gas/electricity, shared equally each month (around £30 on average).

I’m NRLA registered and like to make sure the house feels like a proper home, issues get sorted quickly, tenants are treated fairly and with respect.
